The Vermilion Charter · Private membership

You delegate everything that matters. Until now.

The most accomplished men we know have a CFO, a COO, an EA, and a lawyer on retainer. The Vermillion team is the one missing piece. Forty seats per city. Currently reviewing Dallas, New York, and Miami; Scottsdale opens September.

The model

You already outsource your most difficult problems.

At a certain point, doing everything yourself stops being a virtue. The men on the Charter have built their lives around exceptional people who handle what they cannot — or should not — do alone. This is no different. The Vermillion team handles the search entirely: the sourcing, the screening, the written briefs, and every logistical detail of the first meeting. You review. You decide. You meet.

The process

Clear. Considered. No surprises.

Every step is designed to protect your time and your privacy. Nothing moves forward without your explicit decision.

  1. I

    You submit a brief application

A short written application — no algorithm, no profile, no photos at this stage. Every submission is reviewed personally by our team. You will hear back within five business days.

    Reviewed by our team directly

  2. II

    We interview in person

No video call. No phone screening. If your application is a fit, the Head of the Charter — a senior Vermillion team member — will arrange a meal with you personally. It is the most important part of what we do.

    In person · No exceptions

  3. III

Our team proposes a membership structure

If there is a fit, we will propose a term, an introduction cadence, and a fee — all following that first conversation. The structure reflects your timeline and what you are genuinely looking for.

    Tailored to your situation

  4. IV

You receive a written brief before any introduction

Before any introduction is made, you receive a written profile — who she is, what she is looking for, why our team believes there is a genuine fit. You decide whether to proceed.

    Your decision, always

  5. V

    We arrange everything

If both parties consent, the Vermillion team arranges the first meeting — venue, reservation, timing, every logistical detail. You arrive. Nothing has been left to chance.

    Full logistics management

  6. VI

    We followup, adjust, learn.

Within 48 hours of every introduction, our team follows up with both parties privately. The feedback informs every subsequent introduction. The process improves with you, not independently of you.

    Continuous, personal calibration

No video call has ever told us what a meal does. Chemistry is not a data point — it is something you read in a room.

The Head of the Charter

Every other service will ask you to fill out a form, complete a profile, or join a call. We ask you to sit down with us. The Head of the Charter meets every prospective member in person — over a meal, at a time and place that works for you — before any membership is discussed and before any introduction is ever considered.

That meeting is how we understand what no application can tell us: how you present, what you are actually looking for, and whether we genuinely believe we can find it. It is also how you understand us — who we are, how we work, and why the men and women we work with trust us with something this important.

Member caliber

The room you belong in.

Membership is extended by application. Below is a representative picture of the men currently on the Charter — no names, no firms, no identifying detail.

Finance·New York

Managing Director, Bulge-Bracket Investment Bank

Fifteen years in structured finance. Owns property in three cities. Joined the Charter after concluding that apps were an inefficient use of the only resource he cannot recover.

Technology·Dallas

Founder & CEO, Series B SaaS Company

Built and sold one company. Currently running a second. Travels domestically twice a week. Wanted introductions that were considered, not convenient.

Law·Miami

Name Partner, Boutique Litigation Firm

Practices at the intersection of real estate and private equity. Values discretion above almost everything else. Was referred by a wealth advisor who had worked with the Vermillion team for two years.

Private Equity·Dallas

Principal, Lower-Middle Market PE Fund

Closed a fund last year. Now in deployment. Values introductions structured around genuine compatibility rather than proximity or platform.

Real Estate·New York

Principal, Family Office & Development Group

Third-generation real estate. Manages assets across three markets. Wanted introductions to women who understood a life built around responsibility, not schedule.

All profiles above are composites. No identifying information about Charter members is shared with any other party, including other members.

Questions

What serious men ask first.

What does membership cost?
Charter membership is a private arrangement — the fee, term, and introduction cadence are proposed by our team following your initial conversation and tailored to your situation. There is no standard package.
How long until I meet someone?
Most Charter members receive their first introduction within two to four weeks. We do not rush — the quality of the match matters far more than speed. When we believe we have found the right person for you, we will reach out directly.
What do I actually receive?
A written brief before any introduction. A managed first meeting — venue, timing, every logistical detail. Follow-up from our team within 48 hours. And an ongoing relationship with a team that calibrates to you over time.
How is this different from other matchmakers?
Most services are bilateral — they work for both parties with equal weight. We work for you. The Circle is our pool. Our team's job is to find the right person for you and manage every detail of the introduction. The Head of the Charter meets every prospective member in person before any membership is confirmed. No other service does this.
What if I want to pause or end my membership?
You can pause or end at any time. One message to our team is all it takes. No notice period, no process.
